Too many wet, heavy clothes can overwork the motor that turns the drum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tip-2\">TIP 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Use the sensor settings instead of time dry&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Let the electronics in the dryer work for you. Using the sensor setting reduces drying time and improves dryer efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tip-3\">TIP 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dry similar fabrics together<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>Heavy towels separated from lightweight garments will dry at similar rates so you don\u2019t have to pull a few pieces out in between or run another cycle for the still-damp items. This also improves the dryer\u2019s efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tip-4\">TIP 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Loosen up compacted items before putting them in the dryer<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>Separate clumped-up items like bed linens and tangled jeans to allow air to circulate better &#8211; reducing dry time and improving the dryer\u2019s efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tip-5\">TIP 5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Regularly (EVERY LOAD) remove lint from the lint filter and lint trap!<\/strong><br>This is the single most important tip to prolong your dryer\u2019s life!! Preventing lint from getting inside the dryer and throughout the venting not only improves airflow, it improves efficiency.
