Phosphates needed very hot water to function properly while enzymes use room temperature water and are better for your dishes. Modern dish washing detergents that use enzymes are more energy efficient and will save you money in energy bills the long run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Friends don&#8217;t let friends pre-rinse dishes&#8221; Bill recommends to scrape off larger food debris off of dishes and that no pre-rinsing is needed.
