Clean it Cold<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First, make sure you turn off the fuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wash the outside with warm soapy water or a stainless steel cleaner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clean the inside of the lid and clear and debris out of the firebox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clean the interior parts like grates and burner assemblies with a wire brush, pumice clock, or a stainless steel scrubber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Completely dry your grill yo prevent rusting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Clean It Hot (for the inside)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Watch our Facebook Live where Bill goes through the steps of a hot cleaning. Softening and burning off the buildup on your grates is easier this way. Once cooled, you can use a wire brush to scrub the burner assemblies too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Inspect It<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>First turn off the fuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your propane tank is empty, refill it at an authorized propane supplier. Consider buying a spare tank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspect the burners and gas tunes to make sure they aren&#8217;t worn out, rusted or blocked by debris or spider webs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the gas tubes have worn spots replace them. If they are blocked, use a pipe cleaner, toothpick or paper clip to clear them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check the knobs and other controls to make sure they&#8217;re undamaged and working properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tighten and loose screws or bolts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
