Yes your technician was outstanding! Donny came 10 minutes early. He came in he was very clean he dismantled the dryer gave me the estimate and informed me exactly what was wrong and how he was going to correct it. He brought in his shop vacuum and cleaned the interior of the dryer out completely and wiped it down. Keeping me informed the entire time and changing the vent for the lint catchup. Because the tube going to the outside was not the right one he instructed me how to check it in the future to stop any risk of a risk of a lint fire. He cleaned the entire area when he was done make sure that I got my discount. He certainly knew his stuff catchy and was very personable I would definitely ask for this technician again and if I had any further work.
