Patrick (technician) was wonderful. A great person to be working with your company. Just a shame the same part (circulation pump) was previously replaced in January 2023 by another repair company referred by and authorized by Miele.

We were provided an appointment window from 8:00am to 10:00am. Our technician Rich arrived right on time at 8:00am. He was very professional, knowledgeable, explained the issue in detail as well as the repairs needed. I highly recommend AM and Rich!

Tom was willing to explain what was being done/replaced and why it was. He suggested that the price of repair for one of our appliances might not be worth the cost and that we might be better off to just go out and get a new one.
