In this weeks episode of APPLIANCE MASTER LIVE, Bill, Kari and Mike talk about maintenance tips for cleaning and loading your front load washing machine.
One question we were asked is, “what is they best way to avoid mold and smells?” Using high efficiency washing detergent while also using the proper amount that is recommended for your unit is very important to avoid the smell. If you us too much detergent that will leave residue inside of your washer and will produce the nasty smells that you want to avoid.
Another tip to get rid of smells inside of your washing machine is using this wonderful washing machine cleaning product called Affresh.
Use Affresh with hot water to kill the enzymes and empty load around every 30 wash cycles to keep your washing machine smelling great!
